Getting Started
First you need to encounter Codsworth after leaving vault 111. I say this because you will later need to teleport back to him to escape the trap.
Getting In
Open up your console by pressing ~ and then typing without the qoutation marks "coc qasmoke" that will take you to the testing hall.
Loot the Bedrock
At this point if everything went well so far then you will be in the testing hall so you should loot everything in the containers as well as pick a power armor while mixing and matching what paerts you want.
Preparing to Escape the Trap
By this point you should be loaded down with all the loot you wanted from here now you need to create a save as the game currently bugs out often when you try to leave.
Escaping the Trap
Now that you have a save pull up the console with ~ and type without qoutation marks "player.moveto 1CA7D" and that should teleport you out of the inescaple room know as the testing hall. Please note that if the game crashes as it often does simply reload your save and try again.
Storage
Another usefull thing about warping to Codsworth is idue to his location in Sanctuary Hills he places you across the street from the main workbenches so you can store anything you may decide you do not want just yet.

If that does not fix it then I suggest loading an earlier save and getting a moment where you are able to view Codsworth open your console and clicking on him to confirm his code is "1ca7d". Finally just to remind you, you need to have escaped the vault and met Codsworth in Sanctuary for all this to be possible although seeing as the vault is right beside the town and it takes on average 10-15 minutes to get to him it should not be much of a problem to do so. Also one last thing Codsworth should still be alive when you try this.

I just checked by loading up the game and tried the code to enter the Testing Hall followed by the code to escape now just to confirm you did not have anything clicked on while the console comands were being imputed correct as that can possibly mess with the process. Also just to confirm you did type without the qoutaion marks "coc qasmoke" first to enter the hall and "player.moveto" space "1ca7d" to leave correct, if not try that first though remember it is space not tab.
