Half Chase Manhattan - Growable 4x4 Lvl3 Office

Good day Skyliners !!


After two recreations (SC3K and SC4 buildings) it was time for some original content... and I chose to reproduce an existing building (so long for "original").

I took a nice looking NYC skyscraper and reduced it to make it fit as a growable.

(well they changed the name... but anyway...)

As my version is about half of the real one, I named it the "Half Chase Manhattan"

Some technical (and boring, but actually crucial) info :

It's a Level 3 commercial building, it stands on a 4x4 lot.
It's 126 meters tall and has 30 floors.
It has 1938 tris and 1024x1024 textures
Custom lod - 118 tris and custom 256* textures

It's (of course) lit during the night.

I must add that I'm quite impatient to see it in screenshots and city journals ;) )
