This is an off shoot of the Breakwater Hotel I did. I figured that I already had the textures and uvw maps layed out, I might as well make a quick smaller and lighter version for people. I'm probably going to do some more too! Thanks and I hope you enjoy. :)

Hi Leo Mystic Magic,
I’d like to ask if I could change your hotel assets into a Hotels and Retreats DLC hotels?
Obviously, with references to your original creation (same way as here , here , here , and here ) or even as adding you as the co-author (which is a bit misleading as it should be the other way around ;))

Well the textures on not based on the real building, the structure is. I used the textures that I made the Breakwater hotel with which would be the windows. The other textures are from various images I found that I liked and fit the style.

As he said in the description, he made it based on a real building, not GTA.
