Description
Level 5 4x4 Residential Highrise.


Hipoly: 1045 tris, 1024x1024 diffuse, illumination, specular, normal and color maps.
LOD: 304 tris (sorry), 256x256 diffuse, illumination, specular and color maps.

Yes... I think it's weird too, but when I desub the mod it works.
It could also be related to something else, or a combination of mods...
-I hate it when the game crashes while loading because of mods and at this time I really don't know if it's just this mod or the pure amount of mods:D With absolutely no mods the game loads just fine:)

Great looking building! but I have to agree with Octopuss, it does look like an office tower

It's not the height, more like the general style. For residential, I'd say it has way too many windows all over the place. It looks like there is one huge openspace rather than flats inside.
If you ever re-release it as office, I will instantly grab it :)

Thank you! I did have that same thought, but until I'm happy with a building theme containing only my and default stock buildings, I will just leave the tall ones in high level residential. I'm working like this because I do have some aesthetic ideas to set the identity of my future office buildings apart from my residentials.
