Capital gain +1% Great Person generation for every active War, Denounce and Declaring Friendship, including yourself.

UU: Humanoid Interface
Can use Great Engineer, Scientist and Merchant ability, But 25% reduction in efficiency than exist Great Person.

UB: SOS Branch
+25% Great People generation in this City. When Great People born, +1 That GP's responsible for yield.
Unlike the Garden the SOS Branch does not have to be built next to a River or Lake.
