Raised C/E RL Inspiration in Utica NY by Pager

An Real Life inspiration. Interstate 790 @ Interstate 90 Exit 49 of the New York Thurway (Toll Road). In RL the C/E's go East and West I also made them go North and South.

WARNING: This is an Massive Interchange 169x192 Blocks. This maybe the biggest interchange currently on CS.
