4 Turns-per-year Submod for CAC version 1.2.4, Grand Campaign

Description
This is a submod for Conflictus Antiquarum Culturarum (CAC), which changes the Grand Campaign (272 B.C.) from 2 turns-per-year (TPY) to 4 turns-per-year (TPY).

Technology research time and building construction time/cost are doubled compared to CAC version 1.2.4.

!!This Submod only applies for the Grand/Main Campaign in Rome2 using CAC version 1.2.4. When playing any other campaign this Submod must be deselected/disabled.

!!!NOTE!!! CAC version 1.2.4 is a pre-requisite for using this Submod, since most of the contents is included in the CAC 1.x Mod Pack. Both files shall be installed and activated using the Mod launcher in Steam. This Submod will thus overwrite the relevant files in the CAC 1.x Mod Pack. !!!NOTE!!!

Can't replicate the crash. Loads fine for me??
