Inertial Dampeners x5

Description
With the latest Update(01.105) the Inertial Dampeners of ships are just as strong as the thrusters are when using them manually. This mod reverses the change so that Inertial Dampeners are once again as powerfull as they were before the patch.

This mod works only for the thrusters that are in the base game.

it now does not work with atmosphere thrusters, havn't checked the rest

@haydenspieler Sorry, but no. This feals like opening a can of worms to me. (You did it for that one, why not for this one?) Maybe ask the author of that mod if he wants to provide a version with stronger inertial dampeners?

@haydenspieler Unfortunatly no the strength of the inertial dampeners is defined on a per thruster basis. So this mod overwrites the values for the default thrusters, but modded onces come with their own values and simply put I don't have the time to make a overwrite for every mod out there :)

It works for the normal and hydrogen thrusters.
