Small Portable Landing Pad

Description
Don't want Landing Gear on your ship, but neither do you want them littering your hanger?

Here is the solution - a landing pad which can be attached and detached at will. This pad is made of small blocks but can happily attach to large ships and stations.

The pad has a through-pair of flush mount connectors so can allow connector passthrough at the same time as locking down a ship. The connectors will also be used to charge the pad in case of the solar panels not getting enough sunlight.

This blueprint does require a few Mods, all convertable to vanilla but it doesn't look as good:

* Maglock Surface MkII (DX11) [http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=343014073] - Provides the landing gear surface. You can probably replace these with standard landing gear as long as they are named the same. Do not have more than 8 landing gears per side.
* LordChicken Aerospace: Navigation Lights (DX11) [http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=392132759] - These may be replaced with standard spotlights (or any other compatible lights) as long as they are named the same as the one they are replacing.
* (DX11) Hatch [http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=502305395] - This may be removed and the gap left for access to maintaince utilities or filled with blocks. Power usage will be increased without the hatch (or with the hatch left open).
* TVSI-Tech Buttons [DX11] [http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=356797025] - These can be replaced with standard button panel buttons. You will need to reconnect them and ensure they are named the same. Don't forget the buttons inside the maintaince hatch.
* (DX11)Letters Mod [http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=298550266] - Only used to mark which is battery 1 and which is battery 2. May be removed without altering functionality.

Programming Block:

This blueprint contains a programming block which manages the batteries, operates the landing gears, and updates the indicator lamps.
