Introduction
This is for the mod Call of Chernobyl.

You need to own Call of Pripyat (CoP) to play Call of Chernobyl (CoC).

Don't install CoC over CoP.

DB converter , <- you need this!
Sell Damaged Guns

  • Download the DB converter.

  • Extract it and paste the folder, the exe file and the bat file in your CoC gamedata folder.

  • Run the bat file.

  • Go to Unpacked/Configs/Misc/Trade.

  • Find buy_item_condition_factor.

  • Default is 0.7, meaning guns must be in 70% or better.

  • Change to 0. Save changes.

  • Change all LTX files.

  • Move the trade folder to Gamedata/Configs/Misc

  • You did it!
Increase Carry Limit

  • Download the DB converter.

  • Extract it and paste the folder, the exe file and the bat file in your CoC gamedata folder.

  • Run the bat file.

  • Go to Unpacked/Configs/System.LTX.

  • Find and change max_weight.

  • Find and change max_ruck, max ruck should be higher of the two.

  • Save changes.

  • Go to Unpacked/Configs/Creatures/Actor.LTX

  • Find Max_item_Mass, default 35 is when you start to take a hit to stamina.

  • The first number should be lower.

  • The second number needs to be the same as max_weight in System.LTX

  • Find max_walk_weight, change.

  • Save changes.

  • Copy changed System.LTX to Gamedata/Configs

  • Copy changed Actor.LTX to Gamedata/Configs/Creatures (make the creatures folder).

  • You did it!

Also these videos are outdated because of updates to COC, there's info in the description.

Call of Chernobyl (COC) should be installed separate from Call of Pripyat (COP), please put it in a different location and not on top of COP.

Sick guide, friend. I know this game is older than my dead grandmother but I feared there was no way to play CoC and mod at the same time.. Though you proved me wrong, thankfully. :2016watermelon:
