SPUPCLO Interchange

Description
My version of SPUPCLO Interchange. As usual, 64x64 in size, slope is made as mild as possible.

P.S. You need to set the traffic light phase by yourself. Because I can't do it in the asset editor. Just follow the phase in the video and you'll be alright
