"EZ" utilities and services for those looking for an easier time progressing and unlocking milestones/achievements without breaking the game.

This is simply a buffed University:

Smaller size: 8x8
+33% more student capacity (from 4500 to 6000)
+33% more education coverage radius (1500 to 2000)

Half cost and maintenance
Worker count same as default

European University model that is usable for all maps (Temperate, Boreal, Tropical, and European)

you know insteadof highering the students you should higher the radius i got problems with students reaching the university while there is still room
