"EZ" utilities and services for those looking for an easier time progressing and unlocking milestones/achievements without breaking the game.

This is simply a buffed Medical Clinic:

Size: 4x4
2x more ambulances (from 8 to 16)
+25% more healthcare radius (700 to 875)
+25% more patient capacity (100 to 125)
+25% faster curing rate (20 to 25)
Half cost and maintenance
Worker count same as default

Cost: 5000$
Maintenance: 200$/week

Well if you can't make the town/city halls then that's OK. I'm really going to look forward to your other upscaled assets. I've also left you a thumbs up on all your assets. :)

Sure!~ Gimme a day to work on 'em. I was planning on making a version of elementary school and high school that's upscaled to match university stats anyways so might as well do the rest of the services like hospital, police, and fire department.

I can't make a generic town hall or city hall though - as I do not know how to make custom models or buildings with special functions. I'm a novice when it comes to modding and these stuff I made were all created using the default asset editor with default models - I just changed the stats, lowered the size, and rearranged the props. Mostly for personal use but I'm really glad other players are finding a use for these.

This may sound a lot to ask but could you do a hospital? Could you also do something like a generic town/city hall and both fire/police departments?
