I want to say Thank you to everyone for all of your feed back. I started traveling after I uploaded this to the workshop and haven't had access to my PC for some time. I have fixed the issues with the sorters and farther refined the conveyor & air vent system. A Hydrogen storage tank has been added to the Refinery module and a few forward facing hydrogen thrusters have been added to the front of the Calypso to provide some small braking assist when your ship is over-loaded with supplies and small ships. The new larger doors have been added in a few locations.

I don't believe this ship would be a good candidate for planetary adaptation, I have just redesigned the Pegasus for ferrying personnel, supplies and vehicles to planetary surfaces.

The Calypso is Boz Corp.'s premiere long range exploration vessel. Capable of operating as a small mobile base the Calypso is equipped with four hanger bays, fully upgraded refineries and assemblers. All defensive turrets are equipped with welders for self repair.

Be sure the rear connector between the Calypso and the Refining Module is locked to allow material to flow.
