A complete redesign from the ground up of the MD100-200 mobile dry dock.

Cheapest version of the Mobile Dock line. Survival able in meteor storms. Double hull, 4 anti-meteor guns, zone air control.
Presurizeable Hanger bay for 6 small ship/drones. 9 external landing pads for small ship.
Docking slot for a large drones (LDM106, LDGravCol104) or large construction ship LC200
5000km jump range.
Large open area for expansion and customization.
