Est-il possible de réaliser un hypermarché plus grand ?
Bref, beau travail et merci de l'avoir fait partagé.
The in-game editor allows to customize buildings by adding props such as trees, parking spot, or to do simple modifications like changing the colors on existing buildings, but it has some limitations, you can't do 3d modeling in it; but you can import your own 3d models.
So, in order to create an original building like this one, you'll need at least a 3d modeling software, (I use Blender), and an image editor to create textures (or organize them). Then once, the building model is created and textured, you can import it in the game, add props, tune gameplay values such as the cost, the electricity consumption... That's for the gist of it.
If you want more infos about modding, i'd recommend you check the modding section of the game wiki : http://www.skylineswiki.com/Modding
You can also probably find tutorials on youtube too.
If you're new to 3d modeling, this won't be easy to get started, but you'll learn a lot of things
