Anyone remember EAT SWEP from ToyBox?
My favorite weapon and therefore I made remake of this weapons.(With some additions)

Keys:
Left Click - Eat.
Right Click - Drink.
Left Click + Right Click - Puke.
Reload Key + Left Click - Do a crap.
Reload Key + Right Click - Do a pee.

When you eat/drink something, you will gain excess weight.
Each excess weight will slow down you and you will become a fat man.
To lose weight, you need to do a pee,or crap,or engage in physical training(press "Sprint Key" and "Jump Key")
You also can use puke to lose weight but it will hurt you and even kill you so be careful.
You can also drink the water in the map.
