It's a level 2 Office

A smaller version of the Lind Entertainment building, which I'd like to imagine would grow into the level 3 version.

complete custom model, textures and lods.

2552 tris on the base model
1024 texture resolution,
LOD texture res at 512
Custom LOD is 58 tris
