It's beautiful, like the other NY assets you made. But....

The tris on this thing are HUUUGE - 40,000+. And Mesh Info reports that the LOD has just as many.

Could you make a custom Lod? the auto generated one looks too bad for my to want to subscribe to. The main model itself is beautiful though. http://i.imgur.com/dUewK71.jpg

Could you make versions or new buildings that are commercial? There are a lot of great residential New York workshop out there, but too few commercial ones.
