Description
A map made to resemble the the storage area in the game amnesia the dark descent (the real thing had alot more clutter inn it but the editor couldn't handle it)

it contains ambient music from the game, it can be turned on and off with the buttons on the wall

The map has no specific purpose really, just mess around with it and have fun :p

Addons that could be cool to use with this map (no you dont need them)

oh that isn't this map doing that, i do know the addon causing that tho, and the addon does that normally, you have to disable it to stop it from doing this, what you described is an addon called "The darkness" i believe, and it basically makes red eyes pop up everywhere, and cuts out all dynamic lighting and sun lighting, so the whole map is dark as hell.

this literally corrupted my gmod, the red eyes are everywhere and it messed up lightining on every map that i have

True with the light issues. source can be quite messy to work with in general, hence why i havn't worked with it for well over 5 years now and i dont have any map plans atm either

Still you did fantastic with this, it's a shame that dark lighting in Source does not work too well, with the strange colours and shadows far from the lights.
Maybe we could work together to finish it some day? But your work is so good and *complete*, if you didn't want to work on a storage map again that would make sense

Great work, I was working on a storage map in 2013 but never finished it. Had some experience with the HPL2 editor at that time, and a propper installation which actually worked which was helpful.

this map is cursed sometimes i see an entity with no hitbox and i think it can't be deleted i haven't even gone on this map it's just beyond creepy. it just spawns at some point of me playing and idk has this happened to anyone else? it's the creepiest thing ever..
