Inaki's HD Oil Drums [Replacement]

Inaki made these many years ago for GMod, and given GMod.org seems to be the last place they still readily exist, having a backup upload in a dedicated HL2 section seems like a prudent action to take.

A bunch of years ago I got in contact with Inaki to get permission for it, and they were amicable to it. Didn't expect it would take me this long to get around to putting it here.

They will readily use any other barrel retextures that use the same UVs, as the remodeled barrels use the default UV maps from HL2 for easy replacement or editing.

I did a small bit of editing to the .QC file; mostly adding $opaque & $ambientboost to ensure that the engine's lighting issues with projected shadows don't rear their ugly heads. Other than that, it's the same as the GMod.org version.
