Description
Hello, this is my newest unit mod:

It adds units to Helvetii, Raeti, Norici, Insubri, Liguria and Veneti.


The new unit for Helvetii is:

-Helvetic Heavy Spear Warriors( ability: form hoplite phalanx, recruitable from barb_artisan_bronze_3 / barb_artisan_coin_3 / barb_artisan_maker_3, medium spear unit)

The new unit for Raeti are:

- Raetic Axewarriors( medium axe unit, recruitable from barb_artisan_bronze_2)
- Raetic Swordwarriors (medium sword unit, recruitable from barb_artisan_bronze_2 / barb_artisan_coin_2 / barb_artisan_maker_2)

The new unit for Norici is:

-Noric Swordwarriors (high sword unit, recruitable from barb_artisan_bronze_3 )

The new unit for Insubri is:

- Celtoligurian Infantry( medium sword unit, recruitable from barb_artisan_bronze_3)

Also added Vanilla Celtic Naked Swords

The new units for Liguria are:

-Ligurian Spearwarriors (medium spear unit, recruitable from barb_artisan_bronze_2 / barb_artisan_coin_2 / barb_artisan_maker_2)
-Ligurian Warriors (low-medium sword unit, recruitable from barb_city_1)
-Celtoligurian Infantry( medium sword unit, recruitable from barb_artisan_bronze_3)
-Ligurian Noble Warriors (high sword unit, recruitable barb_artisan_bronze_4)

I also added Iberian Generalskins to Liguria.

Why?

The Ligurians were non indoeuropean people like the iberians and very similiar to them.

The new units for Veneti are:

-Venetian Axewarriors ( medium axe unit, recruitable from barb_artisan_bronze_2)
-Venetian Hoplites (medium spear, recruitable from barb_artisan_bronze_3)
-Venetian Noble Hoplites (high spear unit, recruitable from barb_artisan_bronze_4)
-Venetian Light Cavalry (light skirmisher cavalry, recruitable from barb_agriculture_horse_2)
-Venetian Cavalry (medium cavalry, recruitable from barb_agriculture_horse_2)
-Venetian Axewarriors-Raider
-Venetian Axewarrior-Medium Raider
-Venetian Hoplites-Heavy Raider
-Venetian Hoplites- Persian Tertere

Also added Illyrian Generalskins, because the Veneti seemed to be a illyrian tribe or a own tribe, which language is related to the illyrian language, but no italic or celtic tribe. However the Venetians were heavy influenced by the Etruscans and Celts.


Screenshots were made, while using Armoured Horses Mod, CIU East, CIU West from Avetis, which included ACR - Alii Colores Romae from Demokritos. I recommend to use them for a better graphical experience.

The Stats are developed on Vanilla stats and should fit perfect to Vanilla.

This is a semihistorical, but historic plausible mod, based on Vanillastyle.

I tried to make it historical to my knowledge as possible.

You will an All factions playable-Mod to use this units by yourself.

I have reworked my mod with the new RotR assets.

Incorporated for only the Liguri in all campaigns:

ACR Totus by Democritos

All new screenshots were made using Armoured Horses Mod, CIU East, CIU West from Avetis and ACR - Totus from Demokritos. I recommend to use them for a better graphical experience.

Hello, I am looking for help on making new custom assets such as Arms and Armor. and maybe creating new "races" or skins. I have tried using 3d max 2018 however it won't even permit me to use the software and I have tried blender have absolutely no idea how it works how to import or export models. So i am asking for help for those modders who know what they are doing when it comes to that stuff

I'm sorry, but i have no plans to reskin the Helvetii, as i'm quite content with their vanilla appereance. The vanilla appearance of the gaulish tribes is quite accurate.
