Goodbye Moonmen Death/Failure Music

Description
A Request from Maleek Shamrock.

Replaces the failure music and death music for both L4d and L4D2 campaigns with a snippet of the Goodbye Moonmen song from Morty Night Run.

I'm still open to sound mods, however until I can figure out how to increase the bitrate on sounds Special Infected requests are off limits.
