Bluemoon roundabout

Description
This roundabout is fairly compact so can be plopped into a built-up area without too much disruption.

As it's a two-level roundabout, it relieves congestion more effectively than single-level, because straight-through traffic doesn't need to use the roundabout at all.

It's recommended that it be used in conjunction with the - Toggle Traffic Lights - mod.

Yes, because it uses tunnels this roundabout is very touchy about the terrain it's placed upon being absolutely level / flat.

There's a mod called Terraform Tool that enables you to flatten terrain - if you use that to level out the terrain where you want your roundabout, then you can place it successfully.

i cant place it even on flat terrain it says terrain to steep
