Props Required
Many of the props used with this asset are from the default library of props. However, I am also using props from the Common Props and Trees Collection and it is recommended that you subscribe to all the props in this collection. If you don't subscribe to this collection, it will still work, but there will be a few props/trees missing.

The Prop Probability Changer Mod by boformer was used. Each time the asset is placed, it will take on a new look depending on which props grow. The user does not need to install the Prop Probability Changer mod to make use of this feature.

Check out the More Better Buildings Collection collection for more assets such as this.

Why such low entertainment values/radii on all your lots? They're so good but this kind of ruins it!

I just realized you used street lights for the park, is if possible to change?

For those looking for Parks, I just added this one as a park with variable props.

It has lower triangle count and more suitable for a park.

It has a lot of triangles, but your L7 stadiums are more for Unique Buildings, maybe Soccer-L6-Small Club Stadium (has way to less triangles) could be Variable Props Park and Unique building (2 different version of same asset).

I moved the stadiums to Unique Buildings so they could have workers, noise, and attractiveness. I was on the fence about this one since some people might want to place it multiple times, but it has very high triangle count so I figured it should probably only be placed once anyways. If there is demand for the parks version, I would consider switching it back, but then would lose workers, etc.

It was in park section, right? Why is now in Unique Building section?

Correct, you probably don't want to place too many of these. However, it's got a good LOD so it shouldn't be a big issue. Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to remove the lights, which I think is the reason for high polygon count.

From vague memory the original soccer field had a very large number of tris making it grind low end systems and/or in big cities. Would it be possible to reduce the tris counts in your assets?
