@cpt_nosh - I'm a beginner modeller/texturer myself so I don't have too much wisdom to share. The modding subforum over at Simtropolis ( http://community.simtropolis.com/forums/forum/272-cities-skylines-modding-open-discussion/ ) is a treasure trove of information, though. I'd recommend you take a look there.
@Diskoturken @#Stoltkristensyndikalist - Right now I'm working on my last row house (spoiler: Solna kyrkby) and once that's finished I'll do either a series of low density commercial buildings or a set of Swedish cottages. I'd appreciate any pointers for either of those themes :-)
Works great with the Building Themes mod. I have to learn modelling so I can contribute, are you planning on making any assets from Miljonprojektet?
Well nice to know. I'm currently fiddling around with my texture for my model with GIMP aswell. Do you have any tips or tricks? Would love to add something to this marvelous workshop.
Control Building Level Up v0.4:

and
Building Eyedropper Tool:

are the better way. Otherwise, I think you're right but in this way you can copy all homes, no matter what level they have.
