Map has very large area of flat terrain.

There are two "major" water falls which can provide you with high output dams, if you so choose.
I tested both thourouly- one can product 1600 MW while the other can produce 800-870 MW.
Or.... you can enjoy the water falls. :)

There is plenty of coastal beach front property.

Plenty of inductrial resources.

3 outside connections to railroad and interstate fully connected within the map with intersections.

Airplane and shipping routes.

This is a LARGE sandbox map... best played with mod that unlocks all 25 squares.
