Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes Menu Theme

Description
Changes the main menu theme to the Escape Theme from MGSV: Ground Zeroes. As with most sound mods, if it's not working, try typing snd_restart into the console.

This would make an awesome counterattack song for Co-op. Would have to be editted at the right moments though
