You found this in a nuclear plant in a toxic waste barrel, this was made 15 years ago by The Dark Radiation Wizard who had pity on this poor world plagued by humans but a man named Gildarts bravely fought the Wizard and died in the proccess but was able to hide it in a toxic waste barrel before he died with Teleportation Magic.
Effect:
Makes everything around it irradiated (toxic+glowing)
and can shoot raw toxic waste for 50 damage.
