A Pokemon Gym modeled after the gyms found in Diamond and Pearl. Functions as a university, but only accepts 8 students.

UPDATE: Changed maintenance from 2000 to 100.

Correct, although in my experience it's very easy to reach that point fairly quickly on a new map

@King_Josh_The_Great, the price is $15000. Maintenance is 2000. Like I said, it's not really supposed to replace the university in your city, that was just the category that made the most sense to file it under as parks create seagulls and I didn't want those, nor did I want it to be growable.

as i think it should be designated a elementary imo
and model the hoenn pokemon league building for a OP uni
