Well, this is my first mission. So if you want to say something like "That's the worst mission I've ever played!", you are welcome :)

You can play this misson only in Multiplayer. If you want to play alone, then just host a local server in Arma 3 and select the mission.

Now it works but... i cant see any UI of commands, same for voice for orders.

When i start the mission i appear in the middle of sea.

Nope, only required mods loaded, all work fine. I tested it on Dev Branch.
