In my opinion the house should front right at the pavement without the extra concrete. I have done it like this for consistancy, but that isn't how it should be. If this was corrected it would allow for 1x2 terraces without the extra space at the front.
The model is bigger than the plot, that means it might collide with other buildings which are growing behind it.
Why prop fences: First of all the mesh can be shared with other assets. Also, props will disappear when placed on a "backyard" field that is cut off in the 1x2 version.
Sorry if I sound cocky, but I genuinley can't see an issue.
I'm also aware that I haven't created an LOD and I'm working on that.
I also notice that there is no LOD.
