TTT - Traitor Silenced Sniper Rifle

I know that there's already a similar addon on steam workshop, however I felt as if it had some mistakes and I didn't like it.

- This is a primary weapon
- This weapon does less damage than a regular sniper and has less recoil
- Uses same ammo as the sniper
- Players will not scream upon death

This addon was made from the original sniper rifle file being modified.
