Midnight Riders tank theme

Description
Replaces the normal tank theme with the Midnight Riders variation that plays when a tank appears at the carnival concert.

(Note: Will not work at the Midnight Riders concert)

to let ppl know, this replaces the regular tank theme with one bad tank, but not the other tank theme which occurs when a tank is chasing you to your escape thing, like the car or boat or helicopter
