Weaker Sassanids

Description
This mod reduces the money the Sassanids get from their puppet states and in doing so makes them a bit weaker. For a more reasonable balancing.

The Sassanid faction trait which is a 100% modifier for the tributes, is reduced to 50% (which is still reasonable).

They have about the same income as the WRE at the beginning of the campaign which is totally unhistorical and not very well balanced.

This makes the ERE live longer when controlled by the AI and is also much more enjoyable if you play as the Eastern Roman Empire yourself.

This mod is save game compatible.

(If you play as the ERE, I also suggest you try out my Less magic money mod which helps dealing with the numerous puppet states.)

That's a AI coding problem. They will chase you across the map even with only 10% bonus.
I found 100% to be the best balance between fairness and challenge.

Knock them down to 10%, it's stupid seeing their forces invade England.

Radious has 100%. I play with 20%. This is enough for the Sassanid. The puppet state growth faster and have more armies.

Good and Helpfull mode. Even with 100% the Sassanids are overpowered and kill eastern Rome within 10 years. I'm playing with 20% fair enough.

Thank you for making this! Fighting the Sassanids just gets so tiresome after a while. Aside from how insanely much money they have, they also have so many client states all with three full stack armies of their own it seems. I don't mind the challenge, but I sure as hell do mind the repetitiveness of fighting the same defensive battles over and over on the eastern front.
