can you do gm flat grass but it have grass

can you make a flatgrass but the grass is like on this map like 2d animated grass insted of just a grass texture on the ground

i need help, for some reason i cant find the map, it does say i subscribed to it but when i go the play it i cant find it and i used to really like playing on this map.. can some one help please?
