Description
Why did I release this as a crematorium instead of a cemetery?
Because the behavior of cemeteries in the game is unnatural: In real life, even buried corpses rot, and after a couple of decades the graves are practically empty and ready to be filled again. So in real life, cemeteries behave rather like a very slow crematorium. Therefore I don't like the behavior of cemeteries in the game and made this a crematorium.

Notes:
I did not make this awesome model. The model was made by Deichstürmer and was originally a unique building. It can be found here: Old Gothic Church by Deichstürmer
Btw: You should check out his other stuff too, he made a lot of really awesome assets.

Because I thought it would be sad to have this asset only once in your city, I repurposed it as a crematorium. For this process of repurposing the model, I used these 2 awesome mods:
Asset ItemClass Changer by Snow_Cat
Building AI Changer by Cerebellum

Thanks for creating these awesome mods.

In comparison to Deichstürmer's original mod, I added a couple of trees (small conifer and shady tree right, 1 vanilla tree) and the vanilla banks & surface. Nothing else (no clowns or silly stuff). If you don't like the decorations, sub this model and the 2 required custom trees and remove them in the asset editor and then un-sub.

Burial rate: 100
Corpse Capacity: 500
Deathcare Accumulation: 100
Deathcare Radius: 1000
Grave Count: 0
Hearse Count: 15

Construction Cost: 3000
Maintenance Cost: 300
Electricity: 20
Water: 6

PS: I will try to get a better screenshot, but I can't say if that's gonna be good or when that's gonna happen as I am at the lowest edge of the system requirements.

Before commenting, please note:
No asset needs different stats, PLAYERS want different stats, depending on how they play this game. So if you feel this asset is OP, feel free to adjust stats for your individual needs yourself. Unless all your fingers are broken, you are able to do this for yourself in the game's asset editor - then again, if your fingers were broken, you could not make a comment.

I Agree with the captain, the graves aren't recycled everywhere you know, here where I live I can see graves as old as the 19th century and they are still standing

i understand the concept that a corpse will rot
and also thank you for making the mod

however in real life, you have graves much older than two decades my friend. where i come from we dont "cycle" any graves.
and in real life it takes longer than two decades for most of the trash at the landfill to break down.

i just dont feel it was necessary to justify/ establish a premise for having your church be a cremotorium rather than graveyard
i dont think anyone would say anything anyway if it was just simply as it were.

you do give a legitimate reason that you wanted more than one instance of the church in your city/ to have it be another graveyard would be redundant.<- GOOD REASON
that shit about "real life" is rather silly in my opinion. :p

i would just say "my choice, fuck you or do better."

you cant maybe create another church that size and have a grave yard still fenched in around the church? just my minture church does not look good amongs the huge tall towering buildings
