River Works Interstellar's fourth product to hit mass market distribution, the Rideau is a cargo mover for busy spaceports and short inter-platform transport.

Using its ample banks of batteries for power when its onboard solar array is occluded, the Rideau is a favorite for regions where uranium is in short supply. Designed for a single crew member, the Rideau's extensive onboard storage of oxygen has seen the class occasionally pressed into service as a resupply ship for much larger vessels. Lacking any oxygen refining capability of its own, however, the Rideau is eventually forced to return to established supply points.

Needing only a single crew member, the Rideau's multitude of attachment points and extending landing gear give it great flexibility for cargo handling, and its cockpit has been designed for an extraordinary field of view.
