UK Corner Pub - The Tappers

** UPDATED FOR AFTER DARK **

Intro:
This is an ongoing project and is part of my UK Terraced housing / commercial collection so be sure to keep your eye out for more houses, pubs, shops and other interesting stuff :)

Building Info:
Type : Growable
Size : 2x2 layout
Density : Low Commercial
Level : 1 (Currently its best to use the level up mod to block these from upgrading)

How do i spawn these houses in game?
The best way to spawn these houses is to download the Building themes mod which i've added to the terraced house / commercial collection. Alternatively you can use the two mods below:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Does this pub require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. Some users have reported that they don't seem to spawn with the props so ill let you know below what ones have been used:

Ive only added two satellite dishes to this asset, if it don't appear then feel free to add them yourself in the asset editor

As pubs in real life are mostly unique buildings, its recommended to only have one of these per city (as it will look a little silly with identical boozers). but feel free to have hundreds of them :). Also note that this has a car park and would benefit from being on flat ground as the fences tend to look out of place on uneven ground.
More pubs are on the way (corner reskins, town center style etc)

Model Info:
  • 606 Polys
  • 1323 Tris
  • 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Colour)
  • Custom LOD (130 tris)

Updates:
Sunday 28th June 2015
- Added custom LOD to alleviate model deformation when zooming out

- DELETED custom LOD as this was causing errors (auto lod looks terrible, i will come back to this later)

When I plop it, it builds, lasts for about a minute, then poof! it disappears. Why?

For some reason the game won't load this building. The theme manager says that this building is not loaded.
