local traditions, begone!

Description
updated for the Empires of Sand patch 21-9-2015
updated for the Slavic Culture patch 15-3-2016

As the title implies, this mod removes the local traditions factor from every region on the campaign map.
This means that now every region can be fully converted to your religion. It would also mean that religious osmosis will be a lot more useful to disrupt your neighbour's provinces.

This mod is compatible with old saves and any mod that DOESN'T change the ''region_religion'' tables

Hi friend!

I would like to know the following: how should I edit the file so that there are local traditions that I want without error in the file? (where you should write the numbers in the text inside the file),and what binder must be put this archive?

Says mod is outdated and will not work with current game version.

sorry, no. I don't really know how to mod so I only found a way to alter the main campaign. Not any others
