Uno Supreme

Description
A supreme alternative to the classic game of Uno, adding 9 all new card types (with some cards from the real-life expansion pack Uno Hot Death) and 4 cool new colors (orange, teal, purple, pink), expanding the deck to 490 cards! For the extreme Uno fanatic.

Be sure to comment what you think after you've tried it! I'd appreciate it.

CARD GUIDE:

Wild cards:
-Wild cards can only be used to change the color to the colors displayed.
-RYGB wild cards can change the color to red, yellow, green and blue.
-OTPuPi wild cards can change the color to orange, teal, purple and pink.

Draw 3:
The next player draws 3 cards. Can be stacked on other Draw 3s or used before/after a Wild Draw 8
Comes in all 8 colors!

Reverse 2 (Delayed Reverse):
Reverses the direction of play at the end of the enxt turn
Comes in all 8 colors!

Wild Draw 8:
-Substitutes for any color and makes the next player draw eight.
-Can be stacked on any "Draw" cards and vice versa.
-Can be blocked alongside any other draw cards played before or after it by a 0 card.
-The person who draws 8 is skipped.
-Next player after the skipped player gets to decide the color.

Wild NO! Card:
-Negates the effects of any special (skip, reverse, or draw) card used.
-Can only be used when the previous player used a skip, reverse, or draw card
-The next player can play any card of theirs on top.
-NO! means NO!, so if you use two NO! cards on the same person, they receive the punishment that the card they used gives when you use the NO! card for the second time. For example, if they used Draw 2 and you pull out your NO! card on them again, then they draw 2. If they pull out a skip card and use the NO! card again, they lose their turn the next cycle.

Wild Multiplier Card:
-Works like a Wild NO! Card, but doubles the effects of the card dealt before it.
-Multiplies the amount of cards the players has to draw and makes the previous player
-Negates any reverse effect
-Reverses the direction of play every other turns twice.
-Skips the next two people rather than one.
-Negates the others NO! card used before it and doubles the effect it blocked out.
-Next player gets to decide the color, not the person playing the caard.

Wild Draw X:
-Like a Wild Draw 8 card, but the number of cards you draw is equal to the number on the last number card you drew (e.g. a red 3 would make you draw 3 cards with Draw X).
-The player who has this used on them skips their run.
-Can be blocked with a Wild NO! Card.
-Can be used with one certain pink card to ruin someone's game...
-Next player after the skipped player gets to decide the color.

Wild Trade 2:
-The user of the card can trade two of their cards with one person, receiving two random cards.
-The user of the card picks, and the cards must be face down until trading is over.
-Next player gets to decide the color, not the person playing the card.

SUPER SPECIAL CARDS:
-Only one copy of each super special card are in this huge deck - eight cards total, one for each color and one for each number from 1-9. They all have super special effects and can easily turn the tables when used correctly.
-At the end of the turn after a super special card is used, the discard pile is reset and all cards in the discard pile are shuffled. The last card used before the reset is not placed in the deck and starts the new discard pile.

Pissed Off/Number One:
-Can be used in place of a normal yellow one card.
-If the player has to draw cards as a punishment, they can use this card to make everyone draw the amount of cards they have to while allowing the user of this card to not draw anything. In this case, color doesn't matter, and the card can be used in place of ANY color/number card.

Crapper Card/Number Two:
-Is to be used in place of a normal blue two card.
-Everyone else has to draw 2, regardless of what draw-negating cards they have. All those cards don't do ♥♥♥♥.
-You are immune to being skipped and drawing from the pile regardless of what cards you have for 2x turns, x being the number of players there are.

The Virus/Three Teal Virus:
-Can be used in place of a normal teal three card.
-If the player has to draw cards as a punishment, they can use this card to make the first player in the chain of draw cards lose all of their special cards (i.e. cards that aren't from 0-9).
-Any special cards the affected person gains for up to three cycles are sent to the discard pile.

Lucky Clover/4Chan Troll Card:
-Is to be used in place of a normal green four card.
-When in hand upon having to draw any cards, the player takes out the amount of cards they would
have had to draw.
-One of the cards they have to take out is this card.
-Can be used to automatically win the game if you take out all of your cards (e.g. if you got a draw 4
and had 4 or less cards remaining)

The Magic 5:
-Is to be used in place of a normal red five card.
-Disables the usage of any special cards (i.e. cards that aren't from 0 to 9, with super special cards
counting) upon use for five turns.

The 69 Card/Pink Sixty-Nine:
-Is to be used in place of a normal pink card, a six card or a nine card, with a pink card, a six card or
a nine card being playable on it.
-If Draw X is used after this card, the following player (the one after the Draw X is played) is eliminated from the round since drawing 69 cards would be tedious.

The Orange Communist/The Great Glasgost:
-Is to be used in place of a normal orange seven card.
-Upon usage, it allows the player who used it to pick one person. The person picked has to show their entire hand to the other players, lose any wild cards they have on hand (except regular wild cards) and draw new cards to replace the wild cards.

The Infinity Card:
-Is to be used in place of a normal purple eight card.
-Upon use, it allows the player who used it to select a new color (any of the eight colors), reverse the direction of play, skip the person next in line, and make the player who gets the next turn (not the skipped player) draw two cards.
-Cannot be negated by ANY card.
-Is unstackable

Also, the special card rules were somewhat hard to interpret, because I wasn't familiar with playing Uno where you could chain or cancel Draw Two cards.

Well, just having 8 colors makes it really easy to get stuck drawing over and over. We played with 3 players and ended up going through about 150 cards before the game ended. I admit, we're not really the kind of people who would enjoy Uno in the first place, so we more or less went in expecting it to be bad.

and what can i do to make the deck less terrible?

Played a round of this, was about as terrible as expected. Would inflict on friends again.
