United Nations Headquarters (Secreteriat and Library only)
14x11 footprint

You can find it in Parks (had to put it there because of the underground entrances)

This model is oversize, meaning it is larger than its 14x11 maximum footprint. It will distort in weird ways if you place it on uneven ground, although the ground has to be fairly steep for the distortion to be visible.

It looks really nice... Looking forward to the full complex.
But it's also unencouraging to me to build it if it carries no effect.
Maybe it could contribute to commerce? or attract tourists? or enhance security?
Just my own opinion.
