Ultra Marathon And Ultra Quick

Description
Just a Simple mod that makes it so everything is x12 of all. Everything is buffed including production time, research time. etc. And the Ultra quick mod makes it so it's x1 of all

How to use the mod: Just select Ultra Marathon from Advanced Settings screen, it won't show up in the Game Pace menu

Changed a few City state influence modifiers
Fixed the science problem by lowering it from 3600 to 2500

I think you need to be on Deity for this to be anything near challenging sadly, because the AI isn't programmed for the game to be this slow

Has anyone else noticed the AI having trouble advancing scientifically on King Difficulty?
It seems all I need to do to win is rush writing, build the great library, and then I wind up with 12 techs when the AI has 4 or 5.
