Description
Port Washington. Healthy city with a good budget. Tried to get it as realistic as a city can be. May add more to it later. No Mods needed, only 3 park assets. Enjoy!

Question, is this a Port Washington based on Long Island, NY (I live right by Queens), or another Port Washington I'm not aware of?
