what i call GLE just means elevated roads (+9m) at ground level (+2m)

MOD`s and settings for same road style: (edit xml files @ steam apps/common/cities...)

- Road Color Changer :
highway & large road value = 0,0,0,
medium road & small value = 0.1,0.1,0.1
- Post Process FX : Bloom Settings (=Glow)
Intensity=0.5
BlurIterations=2
Treshold=2.2
- LUT : Clear and Bright
- Dynamic Resolution : 175% (with this setting i get no fps drop on my rig)
- will return to nvidia DSR
