Chyberas Republic - planetary commonwealth founded by Deep Space Exploration colonists during Second Space Race. First jump drive prototypes were unstable and cause to space-time anomaly. Expedition considered lost until now. Contact was set - lost colonists became self-sufficient independent space authority in the far corner of the galaxy.
