Updated with randomly appearing props and trees.

As my generous sprinkling of services was making every corner of my city eventually feature the same level 5 skyline, I decided it was time to learn 3D modelling. The results are in: three classically styled buildings for your VIP Cims. This one is a level 5, low density residential apartment building. Works equally well built wall-to-wall or as a solitary. Grows on 2x2, 2x3 and 2x4 lots.

1030 tris.
Custom LOD (75 tris).

*Update* Patch 1.1.0 compatible. Grows on all map types (including European).

It looks like a lot of old houses in Berlin. Therefore, they fit well in the Berlin Collection:
