Use this Mod for the main hall NOT furnished with the crafting table, if you already have decorated the main hall dont use this mod, unless you know how to disable every piece of decoration added (google it if dont).

Warning: this add all new furnies that can conflict heavy if you already furnished the hall via the crafting table.

PS: This only decorates the main hall, doesnt touch the rooms on upper floor, neither the small room on the back, since there are some mods like change those specific rooms (Ex: Shezrie Kitchen).

I will try to remodelate other rooms if i got the time and how the people rate it and make me have good humor.

FAQ:

Where is this?
- Be thane of Falkreath.

Why do you removed the alchemy lab and cooking pot?
- Because i didnt want to have it there, for alternatives theres my kitchen mod and alchemy cellar for it.

Why the bard get stucks on middle table and dog up table?
- He also on vanilla version, not my fault.

Steward/Housecarl/spouse "moonwalk" on stairs, why?
- Also on vanilla version, cant do nothing about it.

I really love this mod! For me there is one thing missing , a cooking pot at the hall fireplace. Iuse Shezries kitchen mod but she has only an oven in it. Is it possible to replace it or make a small option mod for people like me? Thanks for the great mods!!

Sometimes some female spouses won't move to lakeview, you need the mod that fixes that, Spouses can libe anywhere, I don't know if it is on Steam, or just Nexus.

oh, and i adore the study! finally the space up there in not wasted anymore.

But…. -there always is- ;-) please replace the book cupboards with open shelfs that one can use with "Unlimited Bookshelves" and give it a proper "book room" look! (i love collecting!)

I tried out all four mods for Lakeview - the simpler versions- and all in all i love them!
(don't care much for the "Lino" in the kitchen but since the rest of same is absolutely convincing, my bad!)

However i have a problem and i don’t know if it is relegated to these mods:
having build this beautiful house i naturally wanted a wife to enjoy it with, however -and here is the problem- none of the ladies i tried, ever came to the house! i never had this happen before!

any idea what causes that?

i now want to get on with the game and am only using the kitchen and alchemy cellar. will see what will happen on the next try.

@GalexPK I have all your mods and they are great! However, the bar which is close the the basememt (you know the one i mean) , has its double upside down above it. Is there a praticular reason for it? Also the 2 single beds that i should have upstairs are missing, could you help me please. Once again thank you for mods love them :)

I am missing some things like that golden star on my table, I bet it is from the bedroom mod. My friend was very impressed when she saw the screenshots of the"new" Lake View manor.

@taly, yea, a warning is on description about it, those plaques shouldnt hold, i put a collision marker there to avoid it; while testing them, those 2 plaques never retrieve back my weapons, but the fix required to move triggers of lakeview, so i didnt want it to alter them so i left the plaques as decoration.
