The head and upper body remind me of one of the Lion-series mechs from Super Robot Wars...(which I should mention Gundam blatantly copied all their ideas from...and they paid the price for it a couple years ago.) The head specifically looks similar to that of the Series 77 Alpha Prototype Astelion.
