Voldemort's Hehehe - Dragon priests' breathe replacement

Description
This mod replaces Dragon priests' breathe to Lord Voldemort's r-turdish 'hehehe' laugh. The loop for the laughter is switched off, so after few hehehe's it'll stop. Additionally - Death sounds replaced with 'Hehehe'

P.s. Loled all over myself, only after publishing on workshop I get to hear the voice at the start of the video, just for heads up - that ain't me. :D :D
